Refund Policy

To initiate a return, please ensure that the products are unopened and sent back to us within 30 days from the shipment date. It is important that the items remain unopened with all seals intact. However, please note that we are unable to accept returns on refrigerated products. Additionally, please be aware that certain manufacturers may charge a restocking fee for processing returns, which will be deducted from your refund. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please reach out to us. Please keep in mind that if you do not have a Return Authorization Number or send the product to the wrong address, you will not be eligible for a return.
